NOVELTY - Pipeline repairing material comprises graphene modified epoxy resin primer layer, graphene-polyethylene thermal contraction belt and a graphene photocured protective layer, which are arranged from inside to outside, where the raw materials of the epoxy resin primer layer comprises epoxy resin, diluent, graphene, auxiliary agent, coupling agent, adhesion promoter and curing agent, after the primer layer is dried, a graphene-polyethylene thermal contraction belt is wound, where the graphene-polyethylene thermal contraction belt comprises graphene, polyethylene. USE - Used as pipeline repairing material. ADVANTAGE - The conductivity of the material layer changes by orders of magnitude, thus reduces the shielding effect on the cathodic protection current and improves the wear resistance and toughness of the coating by addition of graphene and the material is resistance to corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Pipeline repairing material comprises graphene modified epoxy resin primer layer, graphene-polyethylene thermal contraction belt and a graphene photocured protective layer, which are arranged from inside to outside, where the raw materials of the epoxy resin primer layer comprises 40-60 wt.% epoxy resin, 20-40 wt.% diluent, 0.1-5 wt.% graphene, 2-8 wt.% auxiliary agent, 0.2-5 wt.% coupling agent, 1-2 wt.% adhesion promoter and 10-20 wt.% curing agent, after the primer layer is dried, a graphene-polyethylene thermal contraction belt is wound, where the graphene-polyethylene thermal contraction belt comprises 1-15 wt.% graphene, 85-99 wt.% polyethylene and graphene photocured protective layer comprises 45-60 wt.% acrylic resin, 25-40 wt.% diluent, 0.1-5 wt.% graphene, 2-6 wt.% photoinitiator, 1-2 wt.% adhesion promoter and 2-5 wt.% auxiliary agent.
