▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Anti-cracking regenerated concrete comprises 300-400 pts. wt. cement, 150-200 pts. wt. water, 20-50 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 500-700 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 600-800 pts. wt. coarse aggregate, 100-150 pts. wt. filler, 12-15 pts. wt. graphene modified basalt fiber and 8-10 pts. wt. polystyrene microsphere. The fine aggregate comprises 200-300 pts. wt. sand and 300-400 pts. wt. regenerated fine aggregate. The coarse aggregate comprises 300-400 pts. wt. fine stone and 300-400 pts. wt. regenerated coarse aggregate. The graphene modified basalt fiber is prepared by mixing basalt fiber, graphene, liquid paraffin and silane coupling agent, melting and extruding, granulating, cooling, drying and cutting to obtain graphene modified basalt fiber. The grain diameter of polystyrene microsphere is 180-220 nanometer. USE - Anti-cracking regenerated concrete used in road surfaces, bridge decks and industrial floors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-cracking regenerated concrete has good anti-cracking and anti-pressure performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing crack-resistant recycled concrete, which involves: (A) hammering waste concrete, removing steel bars and sieving to obtain recycled fine aggregate particles with particle size of 5 mm and recycled coarse aggregate particles with particle size of 5-20 mm; (B) soaking recycled coarse aggregate particles in water for 6-8 hours, and soaking in acidic solution for 4-6 hours after taking out, taking out water and washing until pH is 6-7, and drying at 30-40 degrees C for 6-10 hours, placing in strengthening solution and soaking for 8-10 hours, drying at 120-160 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, and keeping at room temperature for 24-48 hours to obtain recycled coarse aggregate; (C) mixing recycled fine aggregate particles with dispersion, crushing to particle size of 0.1-0.5 mm, drying at 220-260 degrees C for 2-4 hours, and cooling to obtain recycled fine aggregate; (D) mixing sand, fine stone, recycled fine aggregate, recycled coarse aggregate, and filler to obtain mixture A; (E) adding polystyrene microspheres into water, after ultrasonic stirring, adding water reducing agent, cement and graphene modified basalt fiber to obtain mixture B; and (F) adding mixture A to B and continuing to stir to obtain crack-resistant recycled concrete.
