NOVELTY - Glasses nose pad comprises modified methyl vinyl silicone rubber, and the modified methyl vinyl silicone rubber comprises 120-130 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 6-9 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3.2-4.5 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5.2-5.8 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 25-30 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer, 10-15 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.5-0.9 pts. wt. 2, 4-dichloro-benzoylperoxide, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 2.2-2.6 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1.4-2.2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 5.5 to 7.2 pts. wt. filler. USE - Used as a glasses nose pad. ADVANTAGE - The glasses nose pad: has good antibacterial performance, and is more comfortable and hygienic to wear. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for production of glasses nose pad comprising (1) taking methyl vinyl silicone rubber, white carbon black, nano-titanium dioxide, modified graphene oxide, styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer, silicone oil, 2,4-dichloroperoxide, benzoyl, ethyl orthosilicate, antibacterial agents, stabilizers, vulcanizing agents and fillers, grinding the solid matter in the raw material into 500-600 mesh fine powder, (2) transferring the raw materials except for the vulcanizing agent, 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide and ethyl orthosilicate to the internal mixer at the temperature of 175-200 degrees C, mixing the mixture in the internal mixer for 30-45 minutes under the conditions of the mixing machine, adding the remaining substances to the mixture obtained after mixing, mixing and stirring uniformly, transferring the obtained mixed components into the vulcanization tank for vulcanization, and completing the vulcanization, injecting the obtained mixed components into the methyl vinyl silicone rubber gasket mold to form the material, preparing semi-finished product of the modified methyl vinyl silicone rubber gasket after cooling and demolding treatment, and (3) trimming surface of the semi-finished modified methyl vinyl silicone rubber gasket, and obtaining the finished modified methyl vinyl silicone rubber gasket after the trimming is completed.
