▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Shape memory composite material comprises a shapememory polyurethane layer and a reducing grapheneoxide layer which are orderly coated on the surface of the polyurethane sponge. USE - Shape memory composite material in intelligent high molecular material (claimed) such as for micro-robot, temperature sensor, brake, drug release or aerospace self-expanding structure. ADVANTAGE - The shape memory composite material has excellent shape memory performance and fast response rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing shape memory composite material, which involves: (A) mixing the isocyanate, chain extender, dihydric alcoholand catalyst to obtain the polyurethane pre-polymerization solution; (B) soaking the polyurethanesponge in the polyurethane pre-polymerizationsolution, centrifuging, in situ polymerization, obtaining polyurethane sponge whose surface is coated with shape memory polyurethane layer; and (C) soaking thepolyurethane sponge in thegraphene oxide solution, reducing to obtain the shapememory composite material.
