▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotube (GQD/CNT) composite material involves taking 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene quantum dots and 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant, dissolving them in 48-49.8 pts. wt. deionized water, and dispersing to obtain uniformly graphene quantum dot dispersion. The graphene quantum dots are 1-3 layers with a size of 10-100 nm. 0.1-1 pts. wt. Carbon nanotubes, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant, and 48-49.8 pts. wt. deionized water to the product obtained. A uniformly dispersed GQD/CNT mixture is obtained after dispersion, centrifugation, and filtration. The dispersion operation is ultrasonic or high-pressure homogeneous dispersion, using an ultrasonic cell disruptor with a power of 1000-4000 Watt, or Ultra-high pressure homogenizer whose power is 2500 Watt. The GQD/CNT composites are obtained after vacuum filtration and vacuum drying of the GQD/CNT mixture, where vacuum filtration time is 0.5-2 hours, vacuum drying temperature is 60-100 degrees C, and drying time is 0.5-2 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotube (GQD/CNT) composite material used as single-wall, multi-wall carbon nanotubes or both with diameter of 2-20 nm and a length of 0.1-2 m (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method allows to obtain graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotube (GQD/CNT) composite material, which has low conductive percolation threshold and relatively low cost, and provides opportunities for polymer modification, and allows to achieve good dispersion and exfoliation of graphene in polymer matrix, which is an important prerequisite for manufacture of ideal nanocomposites.
