NOVELTY - Water-based conductive coating comprises 30-50 wt.% water-based acrylic emulsion, 10-20 wt.% heat-resistant polyethylene, 3-15 wt.% carbon nanotube-graphene dispersion, 0.5-2 wt.% leveling agent, 0.1-1 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.1-1 wt.% film-forming aid, 0.1-1 wt.% thickener, and balance is water. USE - Water-based conductive coating. ADVANTAGE - The water-based conductive coating enhances resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and high temperature resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water-based conductive coating, which involves mixing aqueous acrylic emulsion, heat-resistant polyethylene, carbon nanotube-graphene composite dispersion, leveling agent, antifoaming agent, film-forming aid, thickening agent, and water, mixing and stirring for 1-4 hours to obtain water-based conductive paint.
