NOVELTY - A thermally conductive silicone grease composition comprises 20-30 pts. wt. carbon material, 40-50 pts. wt. low melting point metal, 10-25 pts. wt. base oil and 1-5 pts. wt. other additives. USE - Thermally conductive silicone grease composition. ADVANTAGE - The compatibility between the above-mentioned material and the base oil containing an organic polymer can be improved, by separately modifying the carbon material and the low melting point metal with a silane coupling agent. The preparation method is relatively simple and can realize large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the thermally conductive silicone grease composition, which involves (1) adding the carbon material to an organic solvent, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a dispersion, and then adding a silane coupling agent to the dispersion, after the completion of the reaction, obtaining the modified carbon material by filtering, washing and drying, (2) after heating the low melting point metal to a fluid state, adding a silane coupling agent to continue heating and stirring, and then vacuum drying to obtain a modified low melting point metal, (3) mixing the modified carbon material, modified low melting point metal, base oil and other additives, vacuumizing and stirring, and cooling to obtain the thermal conductive silicone grease composition.
