NOVELTY - Double light distribution structure explosion-proof lamp (1000) comprises a first light distribution unit (110) located on the outer periphery and emitting light in a first direction; and a second light distribution unit (130) located on the inner periphery, has a structure which is relatively more protruding than the first light distribution unit, and emitting light in the first direction and the second direction. A heat dissipation member is provided including a carbon allotrope coating film which is coated on at least one surface of heat dissipation member or a heat dissipation fin protruding from one surface of the heat dissipation member. A second heat sink (220) is coated with the carbon allotrope to a thickness equal to or greater than that of a first heat sink (210). The carbon allotrope comprises at least one of carbon nanotubes (CNT), carbon nanofibers (CNF), graphene and graphene oxide. USE - The double light distribution structure explosion-proof lamp is useful for lighting system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The double light distribution structure explosion-proof lamp prevents risk of safety accidents e.g. explosion and fire; meets the KS regulations and has improved stability and a variety of light distribution and reduces the number of installations and the cost of wiring and parts by providing an even degree of uniformity; and reduces the quantity of explosion-proof lamps required, decreases the number of explosion-proof lamps installed in the same area, reduces power consumption, and saves energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) carbon allotrope-coated heat sink comprising a carbon allotrope-coated heat dissipation member; and (2) manufacturing carbon allotrope-coated heat sink, comprising preparing carbon allotrope-coated heat dissipation member by (a) preparing coating composition comprising carbon allotrope, polycyclic aromatic monomer containing a double bond, a curing agent and a solvent, (b) coating and curing the bare heat dissipation member with the coating composition, and (c) heat-treating.
