▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing halo-free flame-retardant foam material comprises mixing waste polyurethane, alcoholysis agent, co-alcoholysis agent, phosphorus-based flame retardant and graphene oxide and performing degradation reaction to obtain degraded polyol, mixing component A and isocyanate compound for foaming to obtain halo-free flame-retardant foam material. The phosphorus-based flame retardant contains bishydroxy 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene 10-oxide (DOPO) reactive flame retardant and/or biscarboxy 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene 10-oxide (DOPO) reactive flame retardant. The component A includes degradable polyol, chain extender, blowing agent, catalyst and stabilizer. USE - The halo-free flame-retardant foam material is useful in automobile manufacturing, traffic transportation, civil engineering, light industry, textile, electromechanical, and petrochemical industry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The halo-free flame-retardant foam material has high compressive strength, excellent apparent density and limiting oxygen index.
