NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises injecting energy into nickel (Ni) thin film of carbon ion at 40-80 kV, injecting ion into carbon, increasing temperature to 800-1000 degrees C in argon (Ar) and hydrogen (H2) mixed atmosphere, heating for 10-40 minutes, adding carbon atoms in Ni substrate, heating at 0.2-0.5 degrees C/second to 725 degrees C, opening furnace cover to naturally cool to room temperature, and recrystallizing on surface to form graphite. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and suitable for industrial production.
