▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hollow fiber membrane with bimodal pore size distribution, involves mixing raw materials including ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, solvent, water-soluble salt porogen, and auxiliary additives to prepare ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene jelly. The obtained ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene jelly is at least extruded-cured-solvent-removed-water-soluble salt porogen-drying-heat stretching process to prepare the membrane. USE - Method for preparing hollow fiber membrane with bimodal pore size distribution. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene hollow fiber film with bimodal pore size distribution, which has high efficiency interception filtering performance, reduces the flow resistance of the filter liquid to improve the water flux, inhibits the growth of microorganism, and reduces risk of micropore blockage.
