NOVELTY - An aluminum nitride-carbon nanowire composite material comprises silicon carbide, aluminum powder, silica, yttrium oxide, A1100 (RTM: ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), montmorillonite, curing agent, emulsified silicone oil, epoxy resin 828, aluminum nitride, polyvinyl butyral, stearic acid, silver particles, dimethyl silicone oil, graphene, polymethyltriethoxysilane, dibutyltin dilaurate, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, imidazole, carbon nanowires, nano-alumina, copper foil, hydrogen fluoride solution, acetone, ethanol and distilled water. USE - Aluminum nitride-carbon nanowire composite material for LED. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high thermal conductivity.
