▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of composite involves mixing 45.86-49.25% polyamide obtained from renewable resource such as bio-polyamide, 11.46-14.96% compatibility agent such as anhydride modified ethylene copolymer, additive for melt processing and 38.88-39.08% modified nano-graphene in a rotary mixer at an ambient temperature to obtain a concentrate, melt homogenizing in a double-screw extruder in equidirection, mixing the concentrate as granules in a ratio of 16.67-21.80% with bio-polyamide, homogenizing, injection molding at temperature of 220-230 degrees C and mold temperature of 70-90 degrees C to obtain a composite. USE - Manufacture of composite used for forming injection molded components for motor vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method produces composite having improved impact resistance of at least 40%, elasticity modulus of 10-20% and traction resistance which is similar to bio-polyamide.
