NOVELTY - The preparation of conductive pearl powder, involves (1) taking 6-10 g anhydrous lanthanum nitrate in beaker, adding 5.4-9 mL concentrated hydrochloric acid and mixing to obtain cerium salt solution, (2) dispersing graphene oxide in 200 mL deionized water, heating with stirring at 50-80 degrees C, adjusting pH of solution to 1 using 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to obtain graphene oxide solution, (3) dripping cerium salt solution to graphene oxide solution and reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain graphene oxide-based pearlescent pigment dispersion, (4) adding reducing agent to pearlescent pigment dispersion of step (3), heating with stirring for 0.5-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing, carrying out suction filtration and drying. USE - Preparation of conductive pearl powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of conductive pearl powder with strong conductivity and stable color. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of graphene-based conductive pearl powder for manufacturing preparation of conductive film, which involves adding curing agent and conductive pearl powder to resin and mixing to obtain conductive coating with pearlescent effect, applying resulting conductive coating to film and drying.
