NOVELTY - Vascularized muscle bundle prepared by culturing hydrogel containing carbon material and muscle cells (myoblast, myocyte and myotube) and vascular cells including vascular endothelial cells, vascular endothelial progenitor cells and vascular smooth muscle cells. The carbon material includes graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibers, and graphite. USE - The vascularized muscle bundle is useful for screening drugs related to skeletal muscle diseases (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces three-dimensional rolled-type muscle bundle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing vascularized muscle bundle.
