NOVELTY - A graphene-polyaniline-carbon nanotube stereo three-dimensional compound preparation method involves adding glucose into an oxidized graphene dispersion liquid and stirring. Ammonia water is added and stirred. The graphene is washed and dispersed into ethanol solution. Carbon nanotubes are dispersed into nitric acid/sulfuric acid. The carbon nanotubes are washed and dispersed into the ethanol solution. The graphene and the carbon nanotubes are mixed. Aniline hydrochloric acid solution and ammonium persulfate aqueous solution are added, stirred and washed to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-polyaniline-carbon nanotube stereo three-dimensional compound. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene-polyaniline-carbon nanotube stereo three-dimensional compound with excellent performance, and high capacitance value, internal resistance, speed behavior and circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-polyaniline-carbon nanotube stereo three-dimensional compound preparation method involves adding glucose into an oxidized graphene dispersion liquid and stirring for 30 minutes. Ammonia water is added to the stirred product and stirred for 10 minutes and the backflow is carried out for 30-150 minutes at 95 degrees C. The obtained graphene is washed by distilled water and dispersed into ethanol solution. Carbon nanotubes are dispersed into nitric acid/sulfuric acid in a volume ratio of 1:3. The backflow is carried out at 70 degrees C. The obtained carbon nanotubes are washed by the distilled water and dispersed into the ethanol solution. The graphene and the carbon nanotubes are mixed under ultrasonic condition. Aniline hydrochloric acid solution is added after the mixing is carried out for 20-40 minutes and the stirring is carried out for 20-60 minutes. Ammonium persulfate aqueous solution is added, stirred and reacted for 3-12 hours to obtain sediments. The sediments are separated and water washed to obtain the finished product.
