▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An antibacterial anticorrosive paint comprises 40-50 parts mass aqueous polyaniline-modified epoxy emulsion, 30-40 parts mass styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-20 parts mass nano zinc oxide, 5-10 parts mass graphene/polypyrrole polymer, 2-5 parts mass coupling agent, 5-10 parts mass filler, 5-10 parts mass antifoaming agent, 1-3 parts mass leveling agent, 8-15 parts mass curing agent, 20-30 parts mass ethylene glycol and 0.02-0.04 part mass inert filler. The inert filler comprises 13-15 wt.% yttrium, 16-18 wt.% scandium, 9-11 wt.% gadolinium, 18-20 wt.% samarium, 9-11 wt.% praseodymium and remainder of lanthanum. USE - Antibacterial anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial anticorrosive paint having excellent antibacterial effect and antiseptic effect, and prolonged service life, is prepared efficiently and economically by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The aqueous polyaniline-modified epoxy emulsion is obtained by distilling aniline under reduced pressure at 115-118 degrees C under pressure of -0.01 MPa, cooling obtained fraction, maintaining, dissolving dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid and OP-10 (RTM: alkylphenol polyoxyethylene emulsifier) in distilled water, pouring into a three-necked flask equipped with a constant pressure dropping funnel, a stirrer and a thermometer, adding hydrochloric acid, stirring such that the mass ratio of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid with respect to emulsifier is 2.5-3:1, gradually dripping aniline fraction, continuously stirring for 30-40 minutes, completely dispersing aniline, dissolving ammonium persulfate in distilled water, pouring dissolved ammonium persulfate solution into constant pressure dropping funnel, dripping to stirred solution at constant rate, controlling for 1-1.5 hours, continuously stirring for 1-2 hours, passing obtained mixture through 200 mesh molecular sieve, obtaining polyaniline suspension, adding obtained polyaniline suspension to EP-20 epoxy emulsion and completely stirring. The mass ratio of polyaniline suspension with respect to EP-20 epoxy emulsion is 3-5:2-4. The hydrochloric acid has concentration of 1 mol/L. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antibacterial anticorrosive paint.
