NOVELTY - Fabricating three dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube/inorganic oxide structure involves preparing a mixed solution comprising a complex salt of a porphyrin-based compound and a reduced-graphene oxide (r-GO), irradiating microwave to the mixed solution to grow carbon nanotubes and inorganic oxide nanoparticles on the reducing graphene oxide and growing the oxide nanoparticles. The reduction-graphene oxide, the carbon nanotube, and the inorganic oxide nanoparticles are doped with nitrogen. USE - Method for fabricating three dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube/inorganic oxide structure used in electrode for lithium ion battery (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for lithium ion battery, which comprises an electrode comprising a three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube/inorganic oxide structure.
