▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nanocomposite material comprises sheet-shaped framework formed of graphene with nano thickness and micrometer width, carbon material, and tin oxide nanoparticles. The sheet-like structure framework is connected with carbon material to form graphene/carbon base with porous network structure. The tin oxide nanoparticles are evenly distributed and embedded in graphene/carbon base porous network structure. USE - Nanocomposite material for cathode of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material has stable structure, excellent conductivity, and high ion transmission efficiency, and is prepared by a simple, economical, and easy method utilizing widely available raw material sources. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanocomposite material, which involves synthesizing tin oxide nanoparticles by hydrothermal synthesis using glucose and potassium stannate, preparing mixed solution containing graphene oxide, soluble carbon source, and tin oxide nanoparticles, subjecting to freeze drying to remove solvent to obtain foamy porous composite material precursor, and subjecting composite material precursor to heat treatment under protection of inert gas.
