▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrical-connection component (10) has at least one emboss component (3) formed by covering a projection material (1b) which is formed by projecting a portion of the surface of base material (1) with a nanocarbon material film (2) composed of a graphene laminated material formed by laminating a several graphene monolayer or single layer material. USE - Electrical-connection component used for sliding portion of electric contact point, terminal and connector. ADVANTAGE - The electric connection component is capable of securing conductivity by suppressing increase of contact resistance value caused by sliding, and is capable of maintaining connection reliability in a high state. The manufacturing process is economical and enables continuous manufacture of the electrical connection component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the electrical connection component, which involves (a) heating a base material with near infrared rays and bringing a raw material gas containing carbon into contact with the surface of the heated base material to rapidly cool the substrate and forming a nanocarbon material film and (b) projecting the emboss material.
