NOVELTY - A flexible temperature sensor comprises a temperature-sensitive conductive composite film material and a flexible substrate carrying the temperature-sensitive conductive composite film material. The temperature-sensitive conductive composite film material comprises at least single-walled carbon nanotubes, reduced graphene oxide, and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrene sulfonate). USE - Flexible temperature sensor used for wearable device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity, excellent repeatability, and fast response and recovery speed, and can prepared by simple and convenient method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the sensor, which involves uniformly mixing poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrene sulfonate), modified single-wall carbon nanotubes and reduced graphene oxide, filtering and vacuum drying to obtain the temperature-sensitive conductive composite film material, and combining the temperature-sensitive conductive composite thin film material with the flexible substrate.
