NOVELTY - Manufacturing metal doped zinc oxide-graphene oxide composite film comprises stirring graphite powder and acid solution containing sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate or potassium chlorate to prevent sudden rise in the temperature, swelling the unreacted resultant in distilled water, injecting hydrogen peroxide and stirring, filtering and washing to obtain graphene oxide, dissolving zinc salt and metal salt in the solution, mixing with graphene oxide and acid to obtain precursor solution, and depositing the precursor solution in mist-chemical vapor deposition device. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing metal doped zinc oxide-graphene oxide composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film is transparent and has high electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing metal doped zinc oxide-graphene oxide composite film comprises (a) stirring graphite powder and acid solution containing sulfuric acid, (b) adding potassium permanganate or potassium chlorate to prevent sudden rise in the temperature, (c) swelling the unreacted resultant in distilled water, injecting hydrogen peroxide and stirring, (d) filtering through a sieve to reach target size, (e) filtering the resultant and washing to obtain graphene oxide, (f) dissolving zinc salt and metal salt in the solution, mixing with graphene oxide and acid to obtain precursor solution, and (g) depositing the precursor solution in mist-chemical vapor deposition device.
