▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of freeze-drying three-dimensional N-doped magnetic carbon material in extracting antibiotic involves placing the three-dimensional N-doped magnetic carbon material in the waste water containing antibiotic, adding freeze drying three-dimensional N-doped magnetic carbon material, extracting, separating freeze-drying three-dimensional N-doped magnetic carbon material and solution containing antibiotic under the action of external magnetic field, where the freeze-drying preparation method of three-dimensional N-doped magnetic carbon material involves (i) dissolving the ferric nitrate nonahydrate in ethanol to obtain ferric nitrate solution; (ii) dissolving the urea in water to obtain urea solution; (iii) uniformly mixing the ferric nitrate solution and urea solution, soaking the absorbent cotton for a period of time, freezing and drying, calcining under the protection of nitrogen to obtain the target product freeze-drying three-dimensional N-doped magnetic graphene carbon material. USE - The freeze-drying three-dimensional N-doped magnetic carbon material is used in extracting antibiotic. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic material can quickly separate the target object from the system to be tested, uses cotton fiber as raw material to prepare adsorbent, after simple one-step synthesis, nitrogen protects the lower tubular furnace for calcining to obtain the adsorption material, applying dispersed magnetic solid phase extraction method can reach better adsorption capacity and lower detection limit and simple operation, and has high recovery rate, researches the removal and detection of 5 kinds of sulfamidinum and quinolones antibiotics, and obtains good effect.
