NOVELTY - A two-dimensional material control silicon-carbon composite hydrogen-barrier coating comprises a silicon carbon composite and a two-dimensional material. The two-dimensional material comprises graphene, hexagonal boron nitride or molybdenum disulfide layer stacking, with 1-10 layers, and has thickness of 0.34-28 nm. Silicon carbon composite is sputtered from silicon carbide targets, and has thickness of 0.5-2 mu m.
