▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/ceramic particle cooperative modified epoxy resin coating comprises components A and B at mass ratio of 1-4:1. The component A comprises 20-60 wt.% epoxy resin, 30-50 wt.% silicon carbide particle, 5-20 wt.% aluminum oxide particle, 1-5 wt.% silane coupling agent, 0.5-5 wt.% graphene and 10-30 wt.% epoxide diluent. The component B comprises epoxy curing agent. USE - Graphene/ceramic particle cooperative modified epoxy resin coating used in metal surface anti-erosion or anticorrosion treatment and device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating is especially suitable for severe erosion and corrosion of high-humidity, high temperature and high salt fog in marine environment operation of machine equipment surfaces, has good erosion resistance and corrosion resistance performance, prolongs service life, and reduces erosion and corrosion of working components of metal material under low stress erosion conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of graphene/ceramic particle cooperative modified epoxy resin coating comprising uniformly mixing epoxy resin, silicon carbide particle, aluminum oxide particle, silane coupling agent, graphene and epoxide diluent to obtain component A, and mixing with component B; (2) preparation of coating comprising uniformly mixing each component, coating substrate surface, and solidifying; and (3) protection method of metal substrate surface comprising uniformly mixing each coating component, coating on surface of metal substrate to form coating on surface, and curing at room temperature.
