NOVELTY - An energy transformer casting component comprises 45-55 parts mass epoxy resin, 90-110 parts mass silicon powder, 0.02-0.2 part mass semi-conductive graphene composite material or partially oxidized graphene and 45-55 parts mass curing agent. The conductivity of the semiconducting graphene composite material or the partially oxidized graphene is 0.01-1 S/cm, and the oxygen/carbon mass ratio is 1:5-1:10. USE - Energy transformer casting component useful in energy transformer substation and transformer, photovoltaic power generation, and component of energy transmission and distribution of thermoelectric cooperation, in marine high-humidity hot salt mist environment and desert high heat environment. ADVANTAGE - The casting component improves the heat conducting performance, reduces the energy consumption, and maintains the insulating resistance and pressure resistance. The casting component improves the thermal conductivity energy transformer, reduces the temperature rise and prolongs the reliability and service life of the transformer. The preparation technique is simple, and is suitable for batchwise production.
