NOVELTY - Polyurea coating comprises 3-35 wt.% polyaspartate, 1-15 wt.% triurea component, 2-8 wt.% ketone solvent, ester solvent, and/or alcohol ether solvent, 2-15 wt.% alcohol solvent, 10-80 wt.% non-graphite inorganic powder filler, metal powder filler or metal oxide powder filler with a fineness of greater than or equal to 50 mesh, 0-30 wt.% optional graphite powder filler with a fineness of less than or equal to 50 mesh, 5-35 wt.% diisocyanate trimer and 0-15 wt.% polyurethane resin having a molecular weight of 500-1000. The polyaspartate is aminosuccinic acid compound (I). The triurea component is stearylmethylenetricarbamate triurea (sic), stearylmethylenetricarbamate silicone triurea (sic), stearyltricarbamate propyl triurea (sic), stearyltricarbamate butyl triurea (sic), and/or stearylmethylene tricarbamate silicon triurea (sic). The diisocyanate trimer is 1,3,5-triazinane-2,4,6-trione compound (II). The solid content in the polyurea coating is greater than or equal to 80 wt.% (based on the weight of the polyurea coating). USE - Used as polyurea coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyurea coating comprises 3-35 wt.% polyaspartate, 1-15 wt.% triurea component, 2-8 wt.% ketone solvent, ester solvent, and/or alcohol ether solvent, 2-15 wt.% alcohol solvent, 10-80 wt.% non-graphite inorganic powder filler, metal powder filler or metal oxide powder filler with a fineness of greater than or equal to 50 mesh, 0-30 wt.% optional graphite powder filler with a fineness of less than or equal to 50 mesh, 5-35 wt.% diisocyanate trimer and 0-15 wt.% polyurethane resin having a molecular weight of 500-1000. The polyaspartate is aminosuccinic acid compound of formula (I). The triurea component is stearylmethylenetricarbamate triurea (sic), stearylmethylenetricarbamate silicone triurea (sic), stearyltricarbamate propyl triurea (sic), stearyltricarbamate butyl triurea (sic), and/or stearylmethylene tricarbamate silicon triurea (sic). The diisocyanate trimer is 1,3,5-triazinane-2,4,6-trione compound of formula (II). The solid content in the polyurea coating is greater than or equal to 80 wt.% (based on the weight of the polyurea coating). R = 1-4C straight or branched chain alkyl group; X = 1-15C alkylene group; and R1 = 3-10C linear alkylene group. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyurea coating comprising uniformly mixing diisocyanate trimer with ketone solvent, ester solvent, and/or alcohol ether solvent to obtain component A, uniformly mixing alcohol solvent and optionally ketone solvent, ester solvent, alcohol ether solvent and triurea component, adding (I) and optional polyurethane with a molecular weight of 500-1000 and mixing, then adding non-graphite inorganic powder filler, metal powder filler and/or metal oxide powder filler with a fineness of greater than or equal to 50 mesh and mixing uniformly to obtain component B, and then mixing component A with component B to obtain final product.
