NOVELTY - Covalent organic framework polymer material-containing catalytic oxidation catalyst, is claimed. The catalyst comprises a carrier and a covalent organic framework polymer material, i.e. 2,11,20,29,38,39,40,41-octaazadodecacyclo(19.17.1.11,12.13,37.02,10.04,9.013,18.022,27.028,39.030,38.031,36.019,41)hentetraconta-3(40),4(9),5,7,11,13(18),14,16,20,22(27),23,25,29,31(36),32,34-hexadecaene polymer (I) supported on the carrier. USE - The catalytic oxidation catalyst is useful as organic oxidation catalyst for catalytic oxidation of alkanes, alkenes, alcohols and aldehyde (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalytic oxidation catalyst contains the covalent organic framework polymer material, has remarkably high activity and high selectivity when used in catalytic oxidation reaction, has obvious advantages of high ketone-alcohol ratio when used in alkane oxidation reaction, especially cyclohexane oxidation reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Covalent organic framework polymer material-containing catalytic oxidation catalyst, is claimed. The catalyst comprises a carrier and a covalent organic framework polymer material, i.e. 2,11,20,29,38,39,40,41-octaazadodecacyclo(19.17.1.11,12.13,37.02,10.04,9.013,18.022,27.028,39.030,38.031,36.019,41)hentetraconta-3(40),4(9),5,7,11,13(18),14,16,20,22(27),23,25,29,31(36),32,34-hexadecaene polymer of formula (I) supported on the carrier. M = Iron, Copper, Cobalt, Nickel, Manganese, Zinc, Palladium or Platinum. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Use of catalytic oxidation catalyst as organic oxidation catalyst, where the organic substance is alkanes, alkenes, alcohols and/or aldehyde; Catalytic oxidation of alkane, comprising contacting the alkane with a catalyst in presence of an oxidant, optionally in presence of a solvent, where the conditions of the contact include: 1-20 atm oxygen or air condition, the temperature is 110-160degrees Celsius, the amount of catalyst is 1-2000 ppm, and the amount of solvent is 1-10 times the amount of alkane by weight, the alkane is hexane, hexane isomers, heptane, heptane isomers, octane, octane isomers and/or cyclohexane, preferably cyclohexane, the solvent is acetonitrile, methanol, acetone, N,N-dimethylacetamide, N,N-dimethylformamide and/or dimethylsulfoxide. (1) Preparing catalytic oxidation catalyst, comprising (1) dissolving (I) in a solvent to form an impregnating liquid; (2) impregnating the carrier with the impregnating liquid, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation and heat treatment to obtain final product;
