NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene-polypropylene composite foaming material, involves (1) taking 5-30 parts mass 10-50 mu m single-layer graphene oxide dispersion having carbon-oxygen ratio of 2-6, 1-10 parts mass foaming agent and 1-10 parts mass antioxidant, and uniformly mixing, (2) adding 200 parts mass polypropylene and product of step (1) to internal mixer for kneading at 90-110 degrees C, (3) adding product obtained in step (2) to mold and foaming at 150-200 degrees C for 2-15 minutes. USE - Preparation of graphene-polypropylene composite foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-polypropylene composite foaming material with high strength, increased elasticity and improved absorbing performance by simple and easy process.
