NOVELTY - A modified epoxy phosphonate accelerator comprises 97-98.5 wt.% epoxy phosphonate, 1-2 wt.% nanoparticle and 0.5-1 wt.% dispersant. The epoxy phosphonate comprises 60-75 wt.% epoxy resin, 15-35 wt.% solvent, 3-6 wt.% phosphonic acid derivatives and 2-4 wt.% phosphoric acid solution. USE - The modified epoxy phosphonate accelerator is used for coating, specifically acrylic amino baking varnish (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The accelerator improves adhesive force of baking type coating and base material and bonding strength of coating and base material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified epoxy phosphonate accelerator comprising dissolving epoxy resin in solvent, heating to 100-110 degrees C, dropping 85-98 wt.% phosphoric acid solution, preserving temperature and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain epoxy phosphate, adding phosphonic acid derivative, heating to 120-130 degrees C, preserving temperature and reacting for 3-4 hours to obtain epoxy phosphonate, adding nanoparticles and dispersant, and stirring and mixing for 4-5 hours.
