NOVELTY - A graphene lead grid alloy producing method involves mixing molten alkali metal halide with metal carbide or solid carbon-containing organic compound, cooling the mixture and pulverizing the mixture to a particle to obtain mixed powder, followed by placing lead powder containing tin, calcium or aluminum on the furnace bottom, paving mixed powder on surface of lead powder, cooling the paved mixture to room temperature, removing salt mixture graphene surface of lead alloy crude product, pouring or pressing the obtained graphene lead alloy by positive grid casting technique. USE - Method for producing graphene lead grid alloy that is utilized in lead-acid battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables producing the graphene lead grid alloy with improved conductivity, electrochemical activity and corrosion resistance, in a cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene lead grid alloy producing method involves mixing molten alkali metal halide with metal carbide or solid carbon-containing organic compound, cooling the mixture and pulverizing the mixture to a particle diameter of 10-80 microns to obtain mixed powder, followed by placing 90-95 pts. wt. lead powder containing tin, calcium or aluminum on the furnace bottom, paving 5-10 pts. wt. mixed powder on surface of lead powder at 500-900 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours, cooling the paved mixture to room temperature for 0.1-0.5 hours to obtain graphene lead alloy crude product, removing salt mixture graphene surface of lead alloy crude product to obtain graphene lead alloy, pouring or pressing the obtained graphene lead alloy by positive grid casting technique to obtain graphene lead plate grid alloy.
