NOVELTY - Carbon/ceramic material fastener, comprises a base body and a functional layer covered on the surface of the base body. The base body is made of ceramic matrix composite material. The functional layer comprises 10-25 pts. wt. nanometer silicon carbide fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. nanometer boron fiber, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. zirconium silicide, 5-10 pts. wt. boron carbide, 2-4 pts. wt. tungsten carbide, 4-7 pts. wt. titanium powder, 3-5 pts. wt. molybdenum powder, 1-3 pts. wt. nanometer silicon nitride, 8-12 pts. wt. epoxy group hyper-branched poly-boron siloxane, 2-4 pts. wt. hydroxy propyl- beta-cyclodextrin, where the mass ratio of the base body and functional layer is (2-3):1. The ceramic matrix composite comprises two-dimensional C/SiC composite or a three-dimensional C/SiC composite. The solvent is at least one of dimethyl sulfoxide, N,N-dimethylformamide and N-methylpyrrolidone. USE - Used as carbon/ceramic material fastener. ADVANTAGE - The fastener: has excellent heat-resistant, high-strength, mechanical property, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and prolonged service life.
