NOVELTY - Graphene modified zinc powder-based anticorrosive primer comprises 12-30 wt.% epoxy resin, 5-15 wt.% graphene slurry, 3-10 wt.% flake pigment, 30-50 wt.% zinc powder, 10-20 wt.% filler, 2-6 wt.% anti-sagging additives and 10-25 wt.% diluent. USE - Used as graphene modified zinc powder-based anticorrosive primer. ADVANTAGE - The primer has good mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing primer, comprising (i) preparing graphene slurry by adding dispersing agent into a mixed solvent of xylene and butanol, stirring uniformly, adding graphene powder and performing ultrasonic dispersion; (ii) taking all the remaining raw materials; (iii) mixing epoxy resin with diluent, adding flake pigments, filler and anti-sagging additives, uniformly mixing and grinding until the fineness reaches less than 50 mu m, then adding graphene slurry with zinc powder, subjecting to high speed stirring and filtering.
