NOVELTY - An inorganic zinc powder primer comprises component (A) containing 5-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral resin, 1-3 pts. wt. bentonite, 1-3 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. zinc powder, 20-60 pts. wt. anticorrosive filler, 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene and 5-15 pts. wt. solvent, and component (B) containing 35 pts. wt. ethyl silicate hydrolyzate, 5.5 pts. wt. curing regulator and 45 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Inorganic zinc powder primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The inorganic zinc powder primer has excellent high temperature performance and excellent corrosion resistance, and greatly reduce the wastage of zinc powder by using very small amount of graphene in place of large requirement of zinc powder.
