▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cobalt sulfide ultrathin nanosheet/reduced graphene oxide composite structure preparing method involves dissolving cobalt chloride hexahydrate into solvent, stirring, adding ammonia, adding thioacetamide, performing the reaction in autoclave, cooling, removing the supernatant and washing to obtain cobalt sulfide nanostructure, followed by sonicating graphene oxide in a solvent, adding cobalt chloride hexahydrate, adding ammonia, stirring, adding thioacetamide under continuous stirring, carrying out reaction in autoclave, cooling, washing and freeze-drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing cobalt sulfide ultrathin nanosheet/reduced graphene oxide composite structure for preparing solar cell counter electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing cobalt sulfide ultrathin nanosheet/reduced graphene oxide composite structure with increased specific surface area and improved electron transfer ability and catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cobalt sulfide ultrathin nanosheet/reduced graphene oxide composite structure preparing method involves dissolving cobalt chloride hexahydrate into solvent, stirring, adding ammonia to react, adding thioacetamide under stirring, performing the reaction in autoclave, cooling to room temperature, removing the supernatant and washing the sample to obtain cobalt sulfide nanostructure, followed by sonicating graphene oxide in a solvent, adding cobalt chloride hexahydrate to dissolve the mixture, adding ammonia slowly dropwise, stirring, adding thioacetamide under continuous stirring, carrying out reaction in autoclave, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing with water and ethanol and freeze-drying to obtain the finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing solar cell counter electrode.
