DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of mesoporous silica graphene multilayer composite material comprising dissolving 0.25-8.0 mass ratio of templating agent and catalyst into water, obtaining 0.5-20 wt.% surfactant, adding 0.0002-0.00095 mass ratio of graphene sheet, ultrasonicating, obtaining black mixed liquid, dissolving 2.5-30 wt.% silicon source in organic solvent to obtain organic solution, adding black mixed liquid, forming two-phase layered system, reacting at 35-70 degrees C to obtain crude product, and heating at 400-1000 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere.
