NOVELTY - Shear thickening polishing liquid includes 20-25 wt.% hard abrasive particles, 30-40 wt.% polyhydroxy polymer, 0.5-5 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.1-0.5 wt.% surfactant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% preservative, 0.5-0.7 wt.% pH regulator, and the rest is deionized water. The each substance is uniformly mixed in deionized water by ultrasonic, and the pH of the shear thickening polishing liquid is 3-7. The polyhydroxy polymer is used to ensure the shear thickening effect of the polishing liquid. USE - Shear thickening polishing liquid. ADVANTAGE - The shear thickening polishing liquid is green and non-toxic, has a simple preparation process, can promote oxidation of the workpiece surface and form a softened layer, and effectively improves polishing efficiency, and addition of graphene oxide can also effectively adjust the viscosity of the polishing liquid, improves the overall dispersion, and further improves the polishing performance of the polishing liquid.
