NOVELTY - The method involves applying electronic components (50,51) and electric contacts (40) on a carrier (10). Partial coating of graphene oxide (20) is carried out. Electrical interconnections are created between the electronic components by graphene oxide. The graphene oxide is reduced by locally irradiation with light of a light source (100) in sections of graphene (30). USE - Method for creating two-dimensional electronic structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The protecting layer is served as passivation of two-dimensional electronic structure, so that mechanical and chemical stability are increased.
