NOVELTY - Preparing nano-scale acoustic wave-generating film involves peeling graphene film from anodic aluminum oxide base film, placing surface-attached anodic aluminum oxide base film having graphene film face up and placing on the water surface, pressing the anodic aluminum oxide base film causes the anodic aluminum oxide base film to sink, graphene film floats on the water surface, using substrate to float the graphene film floating on water surface from the bottom to bottom Lifting up, the graphene film is laid on surface of the substrate, and there is a layer of water medium between the graphene film and substrate. The substrate carrying the graphene film on the surface is freeze-dried, and the graphene film is self-supporting and separated from substrate. The graphene film is placed in a high-temperature furnace, heated to 1500 degrees Celsius per minute at 5-20 degrees Celsius, and then heated at 2000 degrees C at heating rate of 2-5 degrees C/minute to obtain acoustic wave generator graphene film. USE - Method for preparing nano-scale acoustic wave-generating film in nanoscale acoustic wave generator. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nano-scale acoustic wave-generating film in which film has high temperature treatment and excellent electric performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a nanoscale acoustic wave generator, which comprises: (A) substrate having a thermal conductivity of less than 200 Watts/milliKelvin, a sound wave generating film laid on the substrate, and electricity signal input unit and the two audio current input silver glue electrodes; and (B) disposing two silver glue electrodes at two ends of the sound wave generating film, and connecting sound wave generating film, the two silver glue electrodes and the electric signal input unit in series to form a loop.
