▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature resistant and wave absorbing composite material comprises (i) mixing resin, dispersant, graphene and solvent to obtain graphene slurry, (ii) immersing porous silicon carbide ceramic in graphene slurry, and drying the immersed sample at low temperature, (iii) subjecting dried sample to high-temperature ablation under an inert atmosphere, and recording the sample quality after high temperature ablation, and (iv) taking the step (ii) and step (iii) as a process cycle, and cycle for multiple times until the sample mass change before and after the cycle is less than 0.2 g, obtaining high temperature resistant and wave absorbing composite material. USE - The high temperature resistant composite material is useful in civil electronic equipment, electromagnetic protection, wave absorbing structural parts, and aerospace (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent high temperature resistance, mechanical properties and wave absorbing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high temperature resistant and wave absorbing composite material, prepared by above method.
