▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves using a diamond like carbon (DLC) coating process or a graphene coating process for dissipating heat from a heat source. The DLC coating process includes sandblasting, washing, baking, surface activation and DLC sputtering by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) or physical vapor deposition (PVD). The graphene coating process includes degreasing, chemical polishing, graphene based coating and curing. The species of graphene based thermally conductive coating layers are selected from group of carbon nano-tube, natural graphite, synthetic graphite, aluminum, copper, silver, silicon, gold, diamond, diamond-like-carbon and synthetic thermal conductive materials. USE - Method for treating a shielding can with a DLC or graphene coating for a portable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving information loading speed, ensuring effective heat dissipation, extending product lifetime including CPU, resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, transistors, integrated circuits, battery and integrated circuits, reducing the risk of battery explosion, and enhancing power efficiency and offers designed opening structures on a cover to enhance thermal radiation dissipation. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating a DLC coating process.
