▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing and modification process of porous PTFE fibers, involves (a) after pre-setting the blending equipment to a certain temperature, putting the material into the feed port for blending, and controlling the melt temperature and melt pressure to regulate the degree of PTFE fibrosis, (b) extruding the blend melt through the die, drawing and stretching by spinning equipment to form continuous long fibers, and controlling the fiber size by adjusting the extrusion die specifications, spinning speed and temperature parameters, (c) removing the processing additive in the fiber, sending the stretched blend fiber into a solvent pool for washing and etching removal, or removing it by high temperature ablation in a high temperature oven, and (d) drying the obtained PTFE porous fibers and annealing to be collected, where the materials include PTFE raw materials and processing additives. USE - The process is used for manufacturing and modification of porous PTFE fibers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - This process can realize the continuous manufacture of PTFE fibers with micro-nano porous structure, and can modify the fibers in situ during the production process, avoiding complicated post-processing steps. The process is flexible, the cost is low, and the production is efficient. The product has adjustable fineness and length, low density and excellent air permeability. The fiber is soft and durable, has excellent strength and toughness, is resistant to acid, alkali and organic solvents, and has excellent heat insulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a porous PTFE fibers prepared by the above method.
