NOVELTY - Halogen-free flame retardant tricresyl phosphate modified cable comprises 100pts. wt. of polyolefin, 1-5pts. wt. of tricresyl phosphate, 2-8pts. wt. of nano-graphene powder, 5-8pts. wt. of ferrocene and 0.5-1.5pts. wt. of dibutyl tin dilaurate. The tricresyl phosphate modified cable material is prepared by mixing polyolefin, tricresyl phosphate, nano-graphene powder, ferrocene and dibutyl tin dilaurate in a high-speed mixer at a speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute for 15-20 minutes to obtain the premix. USE - Halogen-free flame retardant tricresyl phosphate modified cable. ADVANTAGE - The halogen-free flame retardant tricresyl phosphate modified is eco-friendly, and has flame smoke density of not greater than 50. When the cable is burning, poisonous gas does not released. The toxicity index is /)2.0. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Halogen-free flame retardant tricresyl phosphate modified cable comprises 100pts. wt. of polyolefin, 1-5pts. wt. of tricresyl phosphate, 2-8pts. wt. of nano-graphene powder, 5-8pts. wt. of ferrocene and 0.5-1.5pts. wt. of dibutyl tin dilaurate. The premix is kneaded at a temperature of 140-150 degrees C for 20-30 minutes in a kneader to obtain mixing raw materials.
