▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene-supported nano palladium catalyst by phenol-aldehyde cross-linking involves weighing graphite oxide, putting into deionized water, where concentration of graphite oxide is 0.5-4 mg/mL, adding phenol and formaldehyde (molar ratio is 1-1.5) and oxalic acid (2% of phenol mass), and then obtaining homogeneously dispersed mixed solution by ultrasonication at room temperature. The mixed solution is then poured into a crystallization vessel with a polytetrafluoroethyleneliner and heat treated in an oven. The resulting mixture is centrifuged, washed with deionized water and ethanol, and vacuum dried to obtain a phenolic cross-linked three-dimensional graphene carrier. The obtained three-dimensional graphene is weighed and poured into deionized water, and 0.3-1 mL of a 0.02 mol/L palladium chlorideaqueous solution is added, stirred for 5 minutes. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene-supported nano palladium catalyst used in the reduction of nitrobenzene to produce aniline (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide catalyst which has a high catalytic activity and stability, and has a high recovery rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Slowly 5 mL sodium borohydride solution with concentration of 2 mg/mL is added at room temperature and stirring is continued for 1 hour. The resulting mixture is centrifuged, washed with deionized water and vacuum dried to obtain the catalyst.
