▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A supercapacitor electrode comprises a crumpled graphene oxide nanopowder formed by mixing an amine precursor and an aqueous solution of graphene oxide to prepare a mixture, and passing the mixture through an electric furnace in the form of an aerosol. The surface of graphene oxide nanopowder is treated with 0.1-10 wt.% amine to include carbon-nitrogen-carbon bonds. USE - Supercapacitor electrode for mobile phones, cameras and electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The electrode contains amine surface-treated crumpled graphene oxide nanopowder having excellent conductivity and chemical resistance while increasing the specific surface area compared to activated carbon or graphite-based supercapacitor electrode material, and has excellent current density and charge/discharge characteristics in both acidic and basic electrolytes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the electrode, which involves preparing the mixture by mixing aqueous solution of graphene oxide and amine precursor, ultrasonically processing the mixture by spraying, passing the mixture through the electric furnace in the form of aerosol to synthesize a powder, drying to obtain an amine surface-treated crumpled graphene oxide nanopowder, and forming an electrode using the nanopowder.
