▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Halogen-free flame retardant nitrogen phosphorus silicon modified graphene/polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene alloy material comprises 1 to 15 pts. wt. nitrogen phosphorus silicon modified graphene flame retardant, 45 to 70 pts. wt. polycarbonate resin, 18-30 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, 1-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 1-5 pts. wt. scratch-resistant flow modifier, 1 to 10 pts. wt. mineral powder, 1 to 4 pts. wt. masterbatch, and 0.1 to 1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Halogen-free flame retardant nitrogen phosphorus silicon modified graphene/polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The halogen-free flame retardant nitrogen phosphorus silicon modified graphene/polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene alloy material has effectively improved flame retardant properties and significantly improved mechanical properties and improved product surface finish. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a halogen-free flame-retardant nitrogen phosphorus silicon-modified graphene/polycarbonate/ABS alloy material, which involves: (A) drying the nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon modified graphene flame retardant, polycarbonate resin and ABS resin separately; (B) taking the dried nitrogen phosphorus silicon modified graphene flame retardant, polycarbonate resin and ABS resin, and compatibilizer, scratch-resistant flow modifier, mineral powder, color masterbatch and antioxidant, adding to the blending equipment, blending and discharging; and (C) melt-granulating homogeneous blended material to obtain a halogen-free flame-retardant nitrogen phosphorus silicon modified graphene/polycarbonate/ABS alloy material.
