▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flame-retardant zirconia fibers-graphene oxide-melamine-based resin comprises 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. cerium salt, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. zirconia fiber, 20-25 pts. wt. melamine, 40-45 pts. wt. aqueous formaldehyde, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.7-0.9 pts. wt. 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.7-0.9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. co-solvent including dimethylformamide and methylene chloride in a volume ratio of 1:1, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, citric acid, pH-adjusting agent AMP-95 and ethanol. USE - Flame-retardant zirconia fibers-graphene oxide-melamine-based resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene oxide improves thermal conductivity of resin by 32%. The zirconia fiber improves stability, high-temperature resistance, chemical properties, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance and flame retardance of resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing flame-retardant zirconia fibers-graphene oxide-melamine-based resin.
