▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified by nickel oxide-reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nano-composition material comprises (i) pre-treating glassy carbon electrode (S10) and taking 0.2 gram aluminum oxide powder on the grinding disk, then dropping 4 milliliter deionized water, moving the glassy-carbon electrode with a diameter of 3 mm in circular or 8-shaped path; (ii) preparing reduced graphene oxide by solvent thermal reduction method (S20) and preparing nickel oxide by hydrothermal method (S30); (iii) preparing 15 ml ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid with a mass volume fraction of uric acid with 20 mg /mL and hexahydrate nickel sulfate aqueous solution with 80 milligram per milliliter (mg/ml); (iv) transferring the mixed solution to the high pressure kettle at 180℃; and (v) using the obtained NiO-RGO nano-composition material solution to modify the surface of the pre-treated glassy carbon electrode (S50). USE - The method is useful for preparing a glassy carbon electrode modified by nickel oxide-reduced graphene oxide nano-composition material, which is useful in a portable analysis device of clinical diagnosis, prevention of related diseases and real-time monitoring of the condition and the human health monitoring field. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high electrochemical performance, stability, reproducibility and biological compatibility. The electrode manufacturing process is simple, the performance is stable, it has excellent electro-chemical performance and biocompatibility, and it can be applied to the portable analysis device of clinical diagnosis, disease real-time monitoring and human health monitoring field.
