▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing collagen-graphene oxide cross-linked scaffold material with uniform porous structure comprises (i) preparing a certain concentration of collagen solution, carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinyl solution; (ii) preparing graphene oxide solution of a certain concentration, and slowly adding graphene oxide solution into the collagen solution in certain proportion to obtain collagen-graphene oxide blending solution; (iii) adding corresponding proportion of carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinyl solution into the collagen-graphene oxide blending solution, crosslinking agent and catalyst, stirring fully to generate the cross-linking reaction to be cast into the mold to gel; (iv) completely immersing collagen-graphene oxide gel in liquid nitrogen, performing quick freezing treatment, and transferring the sample to a -80 degrees C refrigerator for storage; and (v) vacuum freeze-drying frozen sample. USE - The collagen-graphene oxide cross-linked scaffold material is useful for tissue engineering bone repair field. ADVANTAGE - The material has good physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility. The method is simple, and has controllable molding, and simple device.
