NOVELTY - A graphene polyurethane composite material is prepared by compounding polyurethane resin with fiber reinforced material by extrusion molding, and mixing polyurethane resin with graphene nanomaterial. USE - Graphene polyurethane composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene polyurethane composite material has high mechanical properties, high bending strength, high modulus and high performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene polyurethane composite material, which involves passing fibrous reinforcing material through preformed plate, adding into closed injection box, mixing graphene nanomaterial polyol liquid and isocyanate liquid in weight ratio of 1.2:1-1.4:1 into static mixer to form liquid polyurethane resin, injecting liquid polyurethane resin into the injection box under pressure, entering fibrous reinforcing material into mold infiltrating in injection box, heat curing molding, continuously withdrawing the shaped article from the mold, cutting according to the required length.
